Every day we fit the plants from seed to harvest so that they become as crispy and flavorful as possible. And we both sow and reap every single day. On the team there are PhDs in nutrition, water and biology. Chefs, technicians and computer scientists. Generalists, specialists and ordinary people. Common to all of us is that we share the passion for sustainable fresh green that tastes a lot more.
